Laon People to Showcase at PGA Show, Accelerating Global AI Golf Market Expansion
Laon People (CEO Suk-jung Lee), a leading AI solutions company, is accelerating its push into the global market following the successful international debut of its AI-powered golf business.
The company announced that it has achieved tangible results in the global market, supplying over 100 golf sensors per month on average through close collaboration with international distributors. This milestone follows a strategic pivot to overseas sales channels after a slowdown in business with its former major domestic client, Kakao VX. The shift is already showing positive signs for profitability, as export units command higher margins compared to the domestic market.
To maintain this growth momentum, Laon People is ramping up its global marketing efforts. The company is set to participate in the PGA Show, the world’s largest golf exhibition, held in the United States in late January. At the event, Laon People plans to expand its partnerships with global brands by showcasing its flagship high-performance golf sensors alongside “SwingEasy,” an AI-based self-training solution.
Beyond golf, the company’s smart manufacturing division continues to show robust growth. By participating in major exhibitions such as Smart Factory + Automation World (SF+AW), Laon People has strengthened its B2B network, successfully securing contracts with large-scale manufacturing enterprises for its “Easy Planet” system and “NAVI AI Pro” inspection solutions.
“We have confirmed our global competitiveness through the positive reception from international markets, and expectations are high for the new products we will unveil at the PGA Show,” said Suk-jung Lee, CEO of Laon People. “We intend to reinvest our secured resources into platform enhancement and marketing to maximize global revenue growth, maintaining the strong performance trend we’ve seen since the fourth quarter of last year.”
