Laon People, a leading AI specialist, has officially launched HI FENN NEXUS, an AI agent solution specifically designed for manufacturing equipment data.
HI FENN NEXUS is an intelligence platform that collects and analyzes vast amounts of equipment data from manufacturing sites in real time. The platform aims to generate tangible results in the transition to manufacturing automation by supporting rapid, field-oriented decision-making.
While hundreds of millions of data points are generated daily at manufacturing sites, conventional general-purpose cloud-based analysis environments have been burdened by high implementation costs and complex setup processes. HI FENN NEXUS addresses these limitations by adopting a lightweight data lake structure optimized for equipment data analysis. This provides a more practical environment for implementing Manufacturing AI Transformation (AX) through reasonable costs and a simplified deployment process.
The platform is equipped with AI-based automatic analysis functions. It goes beyond simple anomaly detection to identify highly probable root causes and suggest necessary corrective actions.
