LAON PEOPLE Unveils Transcendental AI Video Surveillance Solution Covering Everything from Intrusion to Arson

Laon People announced that it is showcasing Odin AI, an advanced video surveillance solution equipped with enhanced security and monitoring technologies, at SECON 2026 (International Security Exhibition & Conference), which opened on March 18 and runs through March 20.

The company is currently operating an interactive booth for visitors to experience the technology firsthand.

Following its Class 1 GS certification, Odin AI has secured certifications in all seven categories of the Intelligent CCTV Performance Evaluation conducted by the Korea Internet and Security Agency (KISA), including intrusion, loitering, arson, abandonment, fighting, fainting, and people counting.

Based on Vision-Language Model (VLM) technology, the solution precisely identifies risk factors by analyzing human behavior and situational context in real time. It also detects and tracks unstructured events and provides analysis results in report format, enhancing its utility across various industrial environments.

“We have secured the technology to select and analyze meaningful events in diverse settings such as manufacturing, logistics, construction sites, security perimeters, and crowded situations,” a Laon People official explained. “By dramatically reducing video search time and enabling proactive prediction and response to risk factors, this technology can be effectively utilized for industrial safety management.”

Odin AI has been expanding its application scope to include government and military facility monitoring, corporate industrial accident prevention, and disaster response for events such as wildfires and floods. It is also continuing its expansion into overseas markets, including Thailand and Vietnam.

With the recent Class 1 GS certification making the solution eligible for priority purchase by public institutions, the company expects to accelerate its business expansion into various sectors, including smart cities, national defense, airports, and seaports.
