LaonMedi, the AI medical solutions subsidiary of LaonPeople (CEO Seok-Joong Lee), announced that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Graphy (CEO Woon-Seob Shim), a materials-technology–based 3D printing solutions company, to jointly develop dental software and advance into global dental markets through marketing and licensing initiatives.

The agreement, signed recently at Graphy’s headquarters, outlines collaboration on the development of dental treatment-simulation and ordering systems, as well as specialized software for designing clear aligners made with shape-memory resin—laying the foundation for aggressive entry into overseas markets.

Under this partnership, LaonMedi plans to enhance its AI-powered digital diagnostic and treatment technologies—already gaining traction within the dental community—by integrating clinical data to support software capable of producing directly printed clear aligners. This approach is expected to significantly expand the applicability and adoption of its solution.

Graphy, a leading dental-materials company known for its shape-memory resin and advanced 3D printing technology, will integrate Laon Ortho—LaonMedi’s AI-driven orthodontic setup software—with its proprietary dental materials and 3D printing processes. The collaboration aims to optimize chairside workflows, shorten production and treatment timelines, and boost overall productivity and efficiency, ultimately strengthening competitiveness in global markets.

A LaonMedi representative stated, “By partnering with Graphy—now listed on KOSDAQ and recognized for its unique dental materials and 3D printing technologies—we will deliver a more advanced digital dental solution that fuses Korean AI software with next-generation dental material technology. Leveraging Graphy’s footprint across more than 100 countries, we expect to expand synergy and establish K-Dental as a leading global trend.”

LaonMedi recently secured FDA approval for its Laon Ortho software and was selected for the “U.S. Bio Investment Capability Enhancement Program” hosted by the Gyeonggi-do Economic Science Promotion Agency, enabling participation in investor relations activities in Boston. The company also showcased its advanced AI-powered dental solutions—including its “One Click” automated diagnostic feature—at IDS 2025, the world’s largest dental exhibition, drawing significant interest from both clinical and industry professionals.
