LaonPeople Signs Supply Agreements for ‘VTrack’ Golf Sensors in North America and Canada

LaonPeople, a leader in Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, is gaining significant momentum in the global market with its proprietary AI golf sensor, ‘VTrack.’

On the 24th, LaonPeople announced that it has launched a strategic global offensive by signing supply agreements with local partners in North America, Canada, and Australia. Following the successful delivery of an initial batch of 400 golf sensors in the fourth quarter of last year, the company confirmed its surging market demand by selling out all exhibition units at this year’s PGA Show in the United States.

At the core of this success is the VTrack, which integrates LaonPeople’s cutting-edge AI vision technology. Equipped with high-speed stereo cameras, the sensor captures and measures club and ball movements at 1,800 frames per second. It provides real-time analysis of 23 different data points, including ball flight, shot trajectory, and club dynamics. When integrated with simulators, the VTrack offers not only basic analysis but also specialized diagnostic and training programs, receiving high praise from industry professionals.

Building on the successful supply of sensors and launch monitors, LaonPeople plans to further diversify its product lineup and scale up revenue. The company is set to introduce a premium package that combines its hardware with ‘SwingEZ,’ an AI-powered intelligent golf training software, to solidify its position as a global market leader.

“The golf sensor business is highly efficient, as the ease of installation and use allows for a seamless transition from contract to revenue in real-time collaboration with local partners,” said a representative from LaonPeople. “Given the nature of the equipment, we see high potential for large-scale, long-term supply contracts as we provide premium services under reasonable conditions for both customers and partners.”

The official added, “We are currently in discussions with our partners regarding this year’s inventory and are continuously expanding our network of international distributors. We expect our global golf sensor business to see even more substantial growth moving forward.”
