LaonPeople Supplies AI Automation Platform ‘HI FENN’ to Its First Global Enterprise Client

Presented at Microsoft AI Tour — Showcasing Implementation Cases and Platform Capabilities

LaonPeople announced that its AI-powered business automation platform HI FENN has been supplied to a global enterprise client, marking the platform’s first deployment outside Korea.

HI FENN is a no-code AI automation platform that integrates seamlessly with an organization’s internal systems—such as documents, databases, and enterprise applications. Powered by an advanced document-analysis engine, the platform can accurately interpret complex PDF files containing text, charts, tables, and images. It also supports automated comparison and analysis of lengthy and intricate documents such as sales specifications, enabling highly detailed workflows without manual review.

For manufacturing companies—particularly in industries like semiconductors and shipbuilding—data is often stored within local resources or proprietary systems (CRM, ERP, MES, etc.) due to strict operational and security requirements. HI FENN addresses this challenge by providing easy integration with on-premise systems and internal databases, allowing users to apply AI capabilities without replacing or restructuring existing infrastructure.

The platform also automates review and analysis of product specifications and engineering documents, eliminating the need for employees to inspect each item manually. Additional features include voice-to-document conversion and automatic retrieval of manuals simply by photographing an error code with a smartphone, significantly streamlining field-worker and sales-team workflows.

With its first global deployment, HI FENN has been recognized for enhancing not only administrative tasks but also the working environments of sales teams and on-site personnel, delivering substantial gains in productivity and convenience.

HI FENN was also showcased at the recent Microsoft (MS) AI Tour in Seoul, where LaonPeople presented real implementation cases, app-connector integrations with external databases and Microsoft product suites, and API-based connectivity for custom-built agents. The company also demonstrated Agent Flow Studio, a feature that enables users to build agents that analyze internal documents and Microsoft OneDrive data—without writing any code—to automatically generate alerts, reports, and various other content.

Industry observers noted that HI FENN’s supply to a global enterprise—even before its full-scale domestic rollout—reflects the platform’s strong market potential. They added that HI FENN is expected to become a major revenue driver for LaonPeople, alongside OdinAI, the company’s generative AI–powered vision platform.
