LaonPeople Unveils Reasoning-Based AI Agent ‘HI FENN’

Company Showcases Four Next-Generation AI Solutions Including Odin AI at AI EXPO 2025

LaonPeople is set to unveil HI FENN, its next-generation reasoning-based AI agent, at the 2025 AI EXPO KOREA.

“HI FENN, check inventory and send a reply message.”
HI FENN is LaonPeople’s advanced reasoning AI agent that goes beyond the limits of traditional generative AI. It can automatically check inventory and respond to customer inquiries, extract pricing details from invoices and organize them into Excel files, and perform complex tasks such as business planning, analysis, validation, and contextual reasoning.

Powered by LaonPeople’s DEEP SCAN technology, HI FENN accurately interprets complex descriptions, technical terminology, and multi-language content often encountered in industrial environments. It can summarize meetings, generate reports, and support field operations at construction sites and outdoor environments. The solution is already in use by global corporations and is expected to continue expanding.

LaonPeople will also showcase Odin AI, its next-generation video surveillance solution. Using a Vision-Language Model (VLM) and Large Language Model (LLM), Odin AI can understand intent, detect unstructured or previously undefined events, and provide sophisticated situational awareness. The solution significantly reduces false positives and missed detections, and is being deployed across industries including construction, manufacturing, logistics, disaster response, and transportation.

Recently installed at Incheon International Airport, Odin AI monitors passenger density, identifies movements around restricted or security zones, and analyzes relationships and intent of objects in real time to enhance safety. It plays a vital role in monitoring emergencies and supporting passenger safety at shuttle train platforms.
The solution is also deployed at the Yongsan District Office, where it detects fires in parking facilities—identifying faint smoke, flames, electric-vehicle fires, and other early signs of danger. It analyzes risks and manages violations based on predefined inspection checklists, offering a highly reliable monitoring service.

Odin AI has further expanded into global markets. In Thailand, the solution is being used for disaster monitoring, traffic analysis, accident detection, and crime prevention under a provincial government agreement. LaonPeople plans to extend its application to smart city infrastructure, safety management, and broader disaster response systems throughout the year.

LaonPeople will also introduce upgraded solutions such as EZ PLANET, its end-to-end AI project lifecycle platform, and NAVI AI PRO, its industry-specific AI vision inspection system.
The AI EXPO KOREA, taking place at COEX from May 14–15, is Korea’s largest AI-focused exhibition and will feature a wide range of companies presenting technologies, platforms, and emerging AI industry trends.
