To apply the LAON PEOPLE's high-performance AI algorithm (Head Detection, Face Detection/Analysis), it uses AI STB(Set-Top Box) equipped with NPU (Neural Process Unit) chip, which is a dedicated processor for deep learning, and four ANalog HD (AHD) cameras to provide the information of real-time people counting (analysis of congestion) and age/sex statistics.
The Head Detection algorithm can obtain access information of people in the screen area using a camera installed vertically at a certain height and ensures high accuracy of detecting objects other than humans. The Face Detection/Analysis algorithm can locate and analyze the human face in the camera image and ensures detection accuracy at various angles, as well as front-mounted cameras.

Although domestic buses provide real-time information through bus information terminals and smartphones/webs due to the high level of BIS deployment (based on the number of passengers in real-time, information on empty seats in a wide area bus and congestion of traffic), the transportation systems in other countries except Korea are difficult to collect data due to the fact that passengers often pay the bus fare in cash, so after installing the cameras dedicated to Head Detection & Face Analysis on the front and rear doors of the bus, the information of passengers who are getting in or out of a vehicle is collected. The purpose of this product is to provide real-time bus passenger counting (confusion analysis), age/sexual statistical information using AI STB (Set-Top Box), and four AHD (Analog HD) cameras with highly reliable AI algorithm (Head Detection, Face Detection/Analysis).
